Check-in before 3:00 p.m., you must contact us and we will do our best to check-in before the stipulated time
Check-in after 8:00 p.m. will have an additional fee of € 25 that must be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
Check-in after midnight will have an additional fee of € 50 that must be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
- Check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m.
- Inform of arrival time
- The keys will be handed over to the apartment with a prior call at least 30 minutes in advance

El precio es caro para lo que ofrece el piso. Check in complicado.
¡Gran ubicación, super espacioso y limpio, el anfitrión era muy sensible, en general una estancia increíble!
Очень удобное расположение. До основных достопримечательностей можно добраться на метро, до станции идти минут 5, а совсем рядом Дворец Искусств и гора Монжуик. Из окон отличный вид на город. Квартира просторная, достаточно удобная, чистая.

Из минусов: мало посуды для готовки, нет нормальной сковородки, глубоких тарелок, нет каких-то базовых продуктов на кухне, например сахара, соли, масла растительного. И не закрывается дверь в один из санузлов. Но в целом впечатления остались отличные, остановились бы там ещё раз.

This was a very nice place to stay in Barcelona. 5min walking distance to metro.
Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden! Die Aufteilung und Grösse der Zimmer ist gut, genau so wie die Lage. Der Online Chec-in war aufgrund einer teils fehlerhaften UX etwas langwieriger. Uns wurde aber immer schnell weiter geholfen! :)
El apartamento está muy bien para pasar unos días en la ciudad. El sitio estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario cuando llegamos. Las camas cómodas. Bien localizado, cerca del metro y bares. Cumplió nuestras expectativas.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Check-In hat problemlos geklappt. Man braucht keinen separaten Schlüssel und ist daher sehr flexibel. Die Wohnung ist in sehr zentraler Lage und man braucht von dort nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss oder mit Mtero zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir hatten am Anfang ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, sodass wir nach 1 Tag eine Alternative bekommen haben. Top!
