SCHEDULE
- Check-in can be done between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Check-in before 3:00 p.m., you must contact us and we will do our best to check-in before the stipulated time.
Check-in after 8:00 p.m. will have an additional cost of € 25 that must be paid at the time of arrival at the apartment.
Check-in after midnight will have an additional cost of € 50 that must be paid at the time of arrival at the apartment.
- Check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m.
- Inform of arrival time
- The keys are handed over to the apartment with a prior call at least 30 minutes in advance.

Buen lugar, tal y como la foto, incluso mejor de lo que esperaba. Leo es muy comprensivo. Cuando llegamos era fuera de sus horas online, pero aun así respondía de forma rápida y amable. Solo una cosa a mencionar: la llamada de emergencia no tuvo mucho efecto. Los llamamos, pero el personal dijo que no podían encontrar mi reserva.
Un piso bonito, espacioso y ordenado (el pequeño inconveniente era el edredón del dormitorio principal; no estaba impecable y se veían algunas manchas). Maravillosamente situado para excursiones de un día al centro de la ciudad. La Rambla del barrio a un paso y todas las comodidades cerca. Realmente muy recomendable.

Todo muy bien. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, con el metro cerca, supermercado y sitios para comer. Estaba todo limpio.
Recomiendo el alojamiento 15min de la sagrada Familia !!! Génial

Lovely flat in a good location and very accommodating host :)
The place is quiet and well-located, close to several metro stops, so easy to reach everything in Barcelona. It was also very clean and well-equipped. Communication with Barnarent was fluid and easy to check-in.
