Located in the quiet residential neighborhood of La Sagrera, it has two very close metro stops where you can go to the center of Barcelona in just 8 minutes. It also has different bus stops that will take you to any corner of the city. Around it you will find small shops, local restaurants and one of the access roads to Barcelona that will take you to discover corners of Catalonia such as Montserrat or nearby cities such as Girona.

SCHEDULES
- Check-in can be done between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Check-in before 3:00 p.m., you must contact us and we will do our best to check-in before the stipulated time.
Check-in after 8:00 p.m. will have an additional cost of €25 that must be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
Check-in after midnight will have an additional cost of €50 that must be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
- Check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m.
- Inform the arrival time
- Delivery of keys: in the apartment with a prior call at least 30 minutes in advance.

- Arrivals after 8pm: €25
- Arrivals after midnight: €50
Tourist tax of 4.40 euros / person per night will be charged in cash upon arrival, up to a maximum of 7 nights and does not apply to children under 16 years of age. From April 2023 the tourist tax will be 5.50 euros.

Todo estaba impecable y tal como se anunciaba. El lugar era acogedor, bien equipado y con una ubicación ideal. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable. Sin embargo, la lavadora no funcionaba, que fue el único inconveniente menor. A pesar de esto, nuestra experiencia en general fue muy positiva y recomendamos encarecidamente este lugar.

The place was very nice! The only downfall was that the walls are thin and sometimes it was loud but other than that it was the perfect place for us!

La struttura è posizionata in un quartiere molto tranquillo da dove si può raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione.
We enjoyed the apartment very much and if we were to come back, we would choose this one again. it is clean and spacious and has almost everything you need. we did not cooked but there were pots and plates, and other necessary tools for cooking we liked the location as it is perfect to reach either by foot or by metro to all city attractions, plus the V27 bus to go to the beach. downstairs there is a coffee shop that sells for more than reasonable price one of the best coffee we have ever tasted. one suggestion for the owners is to change the pillows, but besides that, we were satisfied with what we found in the apartment.
Great location and very clean. If you are planning to cook at the place, make sure you bring your own condiments, ie. salt pepper, sugar, oil, etc.
